This thatched-roof bar is a local favorite and a recommended stop for any young tourists that feel they can congo with the best of them, and aren’t shy to dancing on tables! Mingle with the locals at Duffy’s Love Shack and enjoy an open-air dining experience as you get a real feel for the Caribbean lifestyle.<span id="more-232"></span></p>
<p>At Duffy’s Love Shack you’ll enjoy American cuisine with a Caribbean flair. Be entertained by the music as you read your menu, which is located on a bamboo stick, like an old-fashioned fan.</p>
<p>“The Grub” features tasty dishes from honey-barbecued ribs and conch fritters all the way to 32 spice Jamaican jerk chicken and macadamia-nut mahi-mahi. Enjoy their late night menu that keeps you going, featuring mostly sandwiches to keep your stomach strong. Their menu has fair prices, ranging from 9-17 dollars for delectable bar and restaurant treats.</p>
<p>Join <a href="www.duffysloveshack.com">Duffy’s Love Shack</a> for Happy Hour from 3 to 6 pm. With nights like “Ladies Nights” “Dollar Nights” and “Full Moon” Duffy’s Love Shack is always the happening spot. Enjoy featured drinks like “The Mai Tai” which comes in a surfer girl cup or try to take on “The Shark Tank,” 64 ounces of rums and liqueurs served in a fish bowl.</p>

<p>Amalia Café trains their Dominican Republic chefs with an intense course of Spanish culinary traditions, which they incorporate in every savory dish. Their lunch menu includes appetizers of garlic shrimp, mussels in a brandy sauce and entrees of Scallops Oscar and Salmon Ammiel. Enjoy dinner appetizers of grilled shrimp, escargot, scallops sautéed in an apple brandy, and entrees of salmon, red snapper, seafood casserole and more. The menu at <a href="www.amaliacafe.com/amaliaindex.htm">Amalia Cafe</a> is reasonably priced for island eating with lunches between $12.95-$19.95 and dinner entrees averaging at $20.95-$25.95.</p>

<p>The <a href="www.bananatreegrille.com">Banana Tree Grille</a> cuisine is packed with flavors influenced by Asian, Caribbean, and Italian cuisines. House specialties include sugar-cane-and-cocoa-lacquered tuna, lobster tail tempura with an orange-pepper sauce, and mango-and-mustard-glazed salmon. Prices for these mouth watering dishes average at 24-36 dollars, but have a large spread from between $20 and $49, depending what type of entrée you order.</p>

<p>Agave Terrace’s menu focuses primarily on fish, lobster and crab legs but is also renowned for their pasta and steak dishes. Some of their menu items include Coral Bay Crab Cakes, Alaskan Jumbo Crab Legs, Jamaican Coffee Smoked Pork Loin, Caribbean Vegetable Pot Pie, and a selection of freshly prepared fish. Their entrées average at prices ranging in 30-40 dollars, with appetizer prices from 7-12 dollars.</p>

<p>The cuisine at Craig and Sally’s includes a selection of pasta dishes, steaks, and seafood.  Most of their dishes have a <span id="more-223"></span>European and Asian influence, which allows for a variety of flavors to choose from. Craig and Sally’s menu is complimented by an extensive wine list to enhance the flavors of any dish of choice. <img title="More..." src="http://usvitourism.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/img/trans.gif" alt="trans Craig and Sallys"  />Featured entrees include Roast pork with clams, filet mignon with macadamia-nut sauce, and grilled swordfish. Entrees are at reasonable prices ranging from 16-24 dollars.</p>
<p>Craig and Sally’s was voted “Best of St. Thomas 2008” and was reviewed by many locals and critics as “Best Local Dining” in St. Thomas. <a href="www.craigandsallys.com">Craig and Sally’s</a> wine list has won six awards from Wine Spectator’s magazine for their superb wine list, which features over 300 wines.</p>
