On Dec. 8, 2011, my wife and I rode the Skyride and have the receipt for $42 (USD) fare, which we charged to a credit card. When the card’s statement arrived, it showed a double entry for the fare (two $42 charges). I have requested a credit to the card for the overcharge but have not heard anything on the matter. Can you resolve this or suggest a way for me to get in more appropriate contact with the Skyride management?
