Zebos is St. Croix’s renowned wine bar and restaurant located in the heart of downtown Christiansted. Dine al fresco as you’re serenaded by soft piano music. Zabos is famed for its “nouvelle cuisine” which is characterized by lighter, more delicate dishes that are served with astounding presentation. Zabos blends this nouvelle cuisine with a touch of Caribbean influence and creates its menu daily based off of the freshest ingredients of that day. Appetizer dishes sometimes include Spiced Duck Confit, Baklava, Black Truffle Mac’n Cheese, and entrees of Grilled Rib-Eye, Pan Seared Jumbo Scallops, and Hand Rolled Pastas are favorites of their daily specials. Daily sea food specials including mahi mahi and tuna are also prepared based on the freshest catch of that day.
In St. Croix’s 2009 food competition “A Taste of St. Croix” celebrity chefs and notable guests placed Zebos as the 1st prize winner of Best Entrée out of 50 local competing restaurants.
